A BILL to amend article ten, chapter eighteen-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section four-b, relating to fee waivers for students in health science and technology academy programs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article ten, chapter eighteen-b of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section four-b, read as follows:
§18B-10-4b. Additional fee waivers for Health Sciences and Technology Academy Programs.
In addition to the number of fee waivers permitted in sections five and six of this article for undergraduate, graduate and professional schools, each state institution of higher education may waive all fees or any part thereof for students who are participating in health sciences and technology academy affiliated programs.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide a fee wavier for students in Health Sciences or Technology Academy programs.
